- Description: Items (coins, medals, banknotes) are described with the greatest possible precision (condition, metal, mint).
- Photos: The photographs are contractual. You will receive the exact item shown in the image.
- Guarantee: SAS Investissements et Numismatique guarantees the authenticity of all items sold with a lifetime guarantee.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes (unless otherwise stated).
- Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
- Shipping is processed only after full receipt and validation of the payment.
5. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery
A. Preparation & Insurance
We handle the packaging ourselves with specific protection to ensure the safety of the goods. All our shipments are covered by private insurance contracted by us.
B. Rates & Shipping Methods
Shipping fees are flat rates and include preparation, packaging, and insurance.

C. Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (business days) following receipt of payment. For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with EU consumer laws, the Client has a period of 14 days upon receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
Important Exception (Precious Metals): The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional (e.g., investment gold and silver coins). For these products, the sale is final upon validation of the order.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
The personal information collected is necessary for processing your order and issuing invoices. It is never sold to third parties. In accordance with the law, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought first. Failing an agreement, the courts of Lyon (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
