Silver denarius of Octavian soon to be Augustus. Struck in Italy Spring-early summer 36 BC. The temple of Caesar on the reverse did not exist in 36 BC. It will be dedicated by Octavian on 18 august 29 BC. It was constructed on the site of Caesar’s. cremation in 44 BC it stood between the Basilica Aemilia and the temple of Castor in the Roman Forum
