Azilises was an Indo-Scythian king who reigned toward the end of the 1st century BCE, succeeding or co-ruling with Azes I. His kingdom extended over Gandhara and the Punjab, in the north of present-day India. Azilises embodies the cultural fusion between the Greek, Iranian, and Indian worlds.
