Rare small bronze coin struck under the authority of Valerius Gratus, who was the fourth Roman prefect of Judea from AD 15 to 26 during the reign of Tiberius. TIB/KAI/CAP on the obverse and IOY ΛIA and L Δ (date) on the reverse
