The Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) is the central monetary institution of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU). It has eight member countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo. Its head office is in Dakar, Senegal.
